* To make an order/purchase, do fill up the order form. Greennnpanda Craft (GPC) will respond within 24-48 hours after submission.
* Do take note that all craft products are made with love and care. Thus, please wait 1-3 weeks for GPC to make your order (depending on the amount and design of the items ordered).
* Please be informed that the price for each craft product does not include postage charges (unless stated so).

* GPC accepts payment via CIMB or Maybank only.

* Delivery is made via Pos Laju. The standard delivery charges are as follows:
Items under 500g:
Peninsular Malaysia -- RM7.50 - RM8.00
Sarawak -- RM10.00
Sabah -- RM12.00
Items weighing 501g and above:
Peninsular Malaysia -- from RM9.00 onwards
Sarawak -- from RM11.00 onwards
Sabah -- from RM13.00 onwards
